Big Plans are in Motion for 2026

 

Last week, the team headed up to Loch Lomond for our 2025 Strategy Planning Day—not only to reflect on the successes of the year, but also to evaluate the business’s performance so far and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement across every department, including Repro/Design, Production, Sales, Customer Service & Commercials, and Marketing.

Led by Spirit Labels’ Managing Director, Tom Lightbody, the day unfolded with each department head speaking openly about their teams strengths and opportunities, as well as the aspirations they’re working toward and the results they hope to achieve.

What became clear during our time at Loch Lomond is that we’re a team of individuals who share the same ambition and vision for the business. We’re driven not only to elevate our services, introduce new innovations for our customers, and continue to create meaningful change within the market, but also to strengthen our internal bonds and continue to build a family-like Spirit community.

A warm thank-you goes to the team at Loch Lomond Golf Club for their hospitality. The beautiful setting proved the perfect backdrop as we shaped our vision for 2026.
